Osteopathy

Treating the musculoskeletal system to heal the whole being.

Osteopathy is a form of manual healthcare which focuses on how the anatomical structures and systems of the human body work together as a holistic unit.

This involves looking at the bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, nerves, blood vessels, and internal organs to determine what may be causing your symptoms.

Treatments at Sunbury Osteopathy usually consist of soft tissue techniques, massage and stretching, joint manipulation and mobilisation. We may also use Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping and Taping to compliment our treatments.

An Osteopath is taught that nature is to be trusted to the end.
