Please read this agreement carefully before using this site or submitting an order. If you do not accept these terms and conditions then you must not use the site or submit an order.

For the purposes of this agreement the words ‘We’, ‘Our’ and ‘Us’ refer to and ‘Site’ refers to the material delivered on whmr.com.au. The words ‘You’ and ‘Your’ refers to you the customer or home prescriber.

Acknowledgment

We understand that homeopathic preparations (single, blends, kits etc.) cannot be sold without consultation and the appropriate materials must be viewed prior to purchase.

By purchasing WHMR products, the customer acknowledges that they have also viewed the Homeopathic Essentials Recording prior to receiving your order – available here to review now.

Medical Disclaimer

The material on our website is not intended to be a substitute for consultation by a healthcare provider. Serious injuries and illness should never be treated without seeking expert advice. Any information provided on this site is not intended to replace advice from your doctor or homoeopath and we advise you to seek medical help and diagnosis where appropriate.

Legal TGA guidelines require individuals using homeopathic medicine to be aware of the following points in relation to homeopathic treatment . “Only use as directed. If symptoms persist see your health practitioner. This advice does not replace professional care. These products and health suggestions are for minor ailments only and are not suitable for the treatment of chronic serious or ongoing disease and illness.”

The TGA also requires Homeopaths to be very clear that homeopathy cannot claim to treat any conditions or illness. Any claims that I treat any specific health condition such as skin conditions, arthritis, candida, infertility, auto-immune conditions, irritable bowel syndrome, just to name a few are prohibited.

Amendments

We may amend this document at any time. The amendments will become effective once posted on the site.

Postage, Handling and Shipping

We make all of our first aid kits and homeopathic products in our Australian office in Sunbury, Victora. Once you have placed your order and the order has been paid for, your order will be ready to dispatch within 2 to 5 working days. We dispatch all orders via Australia Post who will send through tracking details once your products have been shipped.

It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure that they adhere to local office collection timeframes. If the order is not collected in a timely manner and order is returned, a new shipment cost will be billed to the customer to ship a new kit or product.

Generally, no signature is required on for express and regular postage, by placing an order with us you therefore authorise the post service to leave your order in a safe place. If this can not happen you must leave a note with your order.

  • Standard Post Flat Rate (within Australia) – $15.00

  • Express Post Flat Rate (within Australia) – $17.00

  • International Post – $25.00 to $40.00 (up to a max of 500gm)

Promotional Free Shipping for orders over $200.00 is subject to change at any time.

Insurance will be added for orders over $500.00 at no extra cost to the customer.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs at your border/local post service. It is the customers responsibility to pay these duties if applicable. If good are returned to WHMR then a reshipment and handling fee is payable.

All overseas orders will be posted via international airmail within 4 working days, for delivery details please go to auspost.com.au/international and choose your country.

Credit Card Fees

We do not charge extra to use a credit card.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, we do not allow for returns of change of mind.

On the rare occasion you may receive incorrect or damaged products from us – where the error is an error on our behalf - we will replace your order and post it to you at no cost to you. We will require proof of damage or incorrect order in order to process a new shipment to you. Please send photos and order number to info@whmr.com.au.

Limitations of Liability

We will take every precaution to ensure that your order is delivered to you intact and within a reasonable amount of time. However, once your order has been placed into the hands of the shipping agent we are no longer liable. Any loss or damage will need to be taken up with the shipping agent.

Security

Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption (secure sockets layer). It has SSL security, the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private and integral.
