Rhus tox originating from the Rhus Toxicodendron plants (poison Ivy or poison oak) is my top chicken pox, shingles and colds sore remedy. It is a great support for rashes to come out of no where and can have blisters or be red raised and angry and itchy.
It has been used traditionally for pain and stiffness of bone, connective tissue, joints or tendons from over-exertion when the person feels restless and stiff on beginning to move, much better from movement. Great for the lower back pain worse on initial movement and better once walking.
